            Good  leadership  and  ability  to  manage  people  
            Good  relationship  with  customers  and  workers.  
              
            Personality:  
            Methodical,  organized  and  structured  mind,  having  a  ‘step-by-step‘  analysis  
            Flexible,  Reactive,  pro-active  
            Ability  to  decide  and  imagine  fast  solutions.

            ?  本科及以上學歷，機械、電子或技術專業教育背景；  
            ?  性格開朗、作風嚴謹穩健，有創造性、責任心、建設性、注重團隊協作；  
            ?  較強的建立客戶關系的技巧；  
            ?  熟悉質量體系及質量管理工具者優先；  
            ?  有制造業質量管理經驗優先；  
            ?  較強的團隊領導及管理才能。
