            2.制造業現場管理、工藝、技術或供應商管理、質量控制相關領域有至少三年豐富工作經驗；  
            3.作風嚴謹穩健，具有很強的責任心，踏實肯干，注重團隊協作；  
            4.較強的建立客戶關系的技巧；  
            5.熟悉質量體系及質量管理工具者TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.1優先；  
            6.精力充沛，有很強的協調和團隊組織能力，承受較大工作壓力；  
            7.較強的團隊領導及管理才能，英語可做工作語言。
